The material is conveyed to the inside of the tumble dryer by the scraper conveyor. The front is equipped with a hot air stove. The generated hot gas enters the tumble dryer through the flame distribution device, and the materials are dispersed by low-speed rotation and bending plates.
The high-temperature airflow passes through the material and performs heat exchange. The drum dryer has a certain inclination angle and sufficient air volume to drive the material forward. Finally, the dried material is discharged from the discharge port. The temperature generated by the heat source enters the elongated refractory lined chamber, keeping it cool. Add secondary air to the chamber to keep temperature levels low.
